I’m Natalia, the creator of the FFB Method — a structured, psychology-backed approach that helps women build discipline, strength, and confidence… even if they’ve failed 100 times before.But my journey didn’t begin as a coach.
It began as a woman trying to fix her own life.

I wasn’t born disciplined.

I was stressed, tired, overwhelmed, and stuck in the same cycle most women know too well:

I had zero structure.
